Final registration forms

Final registration forms are now available - sorry for the delay!

If you have registered a team, please download it and fill in a copy for each of your team members. We will only accept forms from registered teams, and, due to the large number of teams and fixed hotel bookings, we cannot accept forms for more people than have already been registered. If any of your registered team members or observers cannot come, please tell us immediately, as we may be able to reassign the place.

The form is in PDF format. We would prefer that you send us the filled-in forms by email. You have several options:

• if you have the free program FoxIt Reader you can fill in the form directly, save it and send it to us by email;
• if not, either fill in the form in Adobe Reader, print it to a PDF file (for example usingPDFcreator ) and send it;
• fill in the form in Adobe Reader or print it out and fill it in by hand, then scan it, and send us the scanned image.

The deadline for the registration forms is 10 June 2011.
