Observer and extra night fees

With the hotels now booked we can announce the fees for observers and extra nights. The observer fees will be 1000 USD as in previous Olympiads. Extra night fees will be 90 USD for students and 100 USD for observers and leaders.

Leader hotel and logo

Confirmed availabilty of the hotel for the leaders today. The art and graphic design department has been asked for a logo for the 5th IOAA to use alongside the IOAA general logo (the orange-and-green one at the top of the page). Website is developing rapidly.
