IOAA Dates!

We have confirmation of dates: the 5th IOAA will take place from 25th August (arrivals, welcome reception) to 3rd September (closing ceremony, first departures) 2011. More details on the Schedule page. Preliminary registration will open shortly. Yay!

Leader hotel and logo

Confirmed availabilty of the hotel for the leaders today. The art and graphic design department has been asked for a logo for the 5th IOAA to use alongside the IOAA general logo (the orange-and-green one at the top of the page). Website is developing rapidly.

Gaining momentum

With the local government of Silesia providing support as promised, things are starting to move forward. People are being assigned to specific tasks and we are looking to confirm hotel availability and hence final dates as soon as possible. Initial discussions on questions have begun. Bought the ioaa2011.pl domain today.
